We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location in the residential district was perfect for us, as it was peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The subway station was just a short walk away, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we even had a great view of the city and mountains from the open terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location, service, and amenities were all top-notch, making our stay here enjoyable and convenient.

Sofia is worth weekend, James Bourchier subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring.

There is no good lobby-bar. The minibar could be richer.

This hotel is located in a great area on a hill with easy access to the metro station and Palace of Culture. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub and double shower unit in the bathroom. Although there are no facilities in the hotel, the bar and bistro are open at limited times.

Customer service lacks at times during the stay.

Modern and spacious room and bathroom, everything new and clean. Also breakfast was good - buffet style with enough choices.

The hotel had a great gym and the staff were very friendly, always willing to help. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to shopping areas.

The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was not appetizing and the options were limited.

The rooms were quite good for a budget hotel, they had everything you needed and were clean. the location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing city maps and recommendations for restaurants.

The breakfast was poor quality and limited in selection. the noise level was also bothersome at times, as the walls and doors were thin.
